Teri Hales is a certified life coach who specializes in religious transition and trauma recovery. She earned her certification from Life Purpose Institute in 2019. She graduated with a bachelors of science in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University in 2002. 

To make the ideas and tools she continues to acquire more widely accessible, she began hosting the Emancipate Your Mind Podcast and developed the Emancipate Yourself App in 2021. 

Tiffany Bluhm is the author of Prey Tell and podcast co-host of Why Tho. She speaks at conferences and events, and her work has been featured in Publisher’s Weekly, Sojourners, Red Letter Christians, the YouVersion Bible app, Jenny McCarthy Show, and more. She serves at the intersection of justice and women, humor and faith.

Christopher Peck is a Communication Coach who grew up in the fundamentalist Church of Christ. After becoming aware of his own religious trauma he began a deep and holistic deconstruction of his birth faith and was able to acknowledge the shame, insecurity, and fear which undermines so many individuals—specifically those experiencing faith transition and healing from religious trauma. Chris now works with individuals, personally and professionally, helping them utilize strong communication tactics to maximize their influence, deepen their relationships, and advocate for themselves in every aspect of their life.

Heidi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She specializes in working with women, couples and teens who struggle with a wide variety of mental and behavioral health concerns.

Angel DeSantis is a Mental health advocate, cult survivor and storyteller. After spending her childhood in the doomsday cult, Children of God, and leaving in 2008, she has spent over a decade rebuilding her entire mental and emotional processes.
