Jaime Mahler, LMHC is a licensed clinical psychotherapist in NY. 

She began her clinical work with a heavy emphasis on providing support for people in crisis as well as those with extensive trauma. 

She spent time as a 24 hour on-call crisis intervention therapist and then continued on working as an inpatient hospital  therapist for individuals in their time of need. After spending years in the crisis and the acute support side of mental health, she switched gears and went into private practice. She took her years of trauma work and crafted her specialization in relational and complex trauma with a heavy focus on supporting those who are healing after being in a narcissistic dynamic. She educates on complex trauma, narcissism, breaking generational trauma cycles as well as workplace and religious trauma through her social media channels and her podcast: Unlearned. She has collectively educated millions across her socials predominately on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. She is currently writing her book on Toxic Relationships which will be published in Summer 2023. She is also developing a self conceptualization of care model (The Oasis Model), to help those in trauma recovery develop a firm sense of self during their healing journey.
